| Tai-Ho Machine Factory Co., Ltd. was established in 1965. In the beginning of our factory, we had provided installation of diesel engine equipment for different types of fishing boats, engineering fixing and repairing, and producing fishery machine; our working members have over 100. |

| In1974, for expanding a better service to our clients, We moved to Chien-Chen Harbor, meanwhile increasing a skill training course to raise operating ability of fishing boat diesel engine (training members such as chief engineer, first engineer, second engineer.....etc). There are more than hundred of technicians had taken major position in merchant ship and / or fished boat after our training courses. |

In 1977,we had further expanded the fixing / repairing department and spare parts producing department. In 1978, in order to increase our service field, we had established merchant ship maintenance department, and container maintenance department. |

| In 1980, under a great demanding of spare parts market and request of shipping business, we have been leading to establish a department through casting of great size spare parts to finish products for different products and machines. We increase processing machines to coordinate with the business and fishery needs. |

| In 1991,we started to rebuild and extend factory. The equipment of melting and casting were renewed for environmental protection concern, and increasing processing machine, quality control facilities as well. | ||||

In 1992, our factory had completed a rebuilding word, since then, we had
entered a regular producing line. Our maximum producing ability would reach 200 tons per month. The greatest size of products would be cylinder liner with 900mm inner diameter. |

We apply and use various equipment for quality control. We have also taken the approual of manufacturer through marine survey organizations such as LR, DNV, CR.... Every product would have to be passed by the appointed marine survey organization before deliver to our clients. |

| So far, our products had been sold to different countries in the world like the U.S.A., England, German, Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and China. | ||||
